Saw my t yesterday and my next appointment isn't until next week. Everything is going to crap in my life, and I'm so depressed. The only time I really feel good is when I'm out in nature, but I'm stuck in the city with no way to get out. I got kicked off welfare, so I have no way to put gas in my car. Storage didn't get paid this month, and all my camping gear is in there. I can't even go for a hike. Feeling trapped with no way out, and I have no one to talk to about it. Can't stop crying.

get outside, most cities have parks. if you have to sit on your roof do that. I love looking at the sky from a roof. then breath. You can do this.

I'll try a park. Hopefully I won't be able to hear cars there.

so i know that breathe thing sounded lame, but I meant it in a good way. I too saw my tdoc today and walked away feeling worse. for me it was about dragging up painful things. but I did love seeing the moon and breathing the cool night air.
Thanks for this!
