Today, we had a wedding rehearsal for my boyfriend's brother's wedding. First of all, I didn't like the type of people there because they think they're better than everyone. My boyfriend is the best man and I'm just a bridesmaid. So we can't walk together. It killed me to watch him walk another girl down the aisle. It made me really upset even though she's like 34 years old, but she looks younger. All I wanted to do is go home. We were invited to eat with them, but I felt so upset and wanted to go home and cry. I don't understand why I get so upset.

Right now, I feel like I can't do this bridesmaid stuff. I feel like I can't do anything. I don't wanna go to the wedding.

I'm sorry you are struggling. Did you get jealous when your boyfriend walked with the girl? I believe a little jealousy is natural for some of us women. When the jealousy overwhelms its a problem and I'm sorry if you got consumed.
Thanks for this!

Sometimes I feel emotions with more intensity than I think normal people do. That might be part of what you're dealing with?
