I am bipolar. 1 or 2 i don't have a clue. I read about my illness and still i was told by pd that I'm not doing well, I'm still not stable. I haven't been for a long time. Gee i thought i was doing pretty good. I'm not cutting, the voices ate almost gone what else is there? I feel pretty good though i need to lose some totally serious weight. I have ptsd too, but honestly who doesn't these days. Is there something I'm missing? Am i really that clueless?

Ask your pdoc to explain themselves. If you are functional in your life, IMO you are doing good. FWIW

Do you have a T? A T can help you understand your Bipolar and how you can use coping skills to improve your day to day living . Good for you for not cutting !!!!
