Hi All,

If anyone would like to pm me possible topic suggestions for the Bipolar Support Chat, please feel free to do so.

I'll run a poll later on so we can vote for a topic.

Take care.
Hugs from:

well there is my current existential crisis of I am not really "better", the only reason I am functioning is because I am on meds, so it doesn't really count...lol

(you don't have to use this idea, just trying to get rid of the unanswered thread...lol)

I had the pleasure of being in one of your chat sessions and I learned a lot, you even sent me links to help me better grasp my BP. It is still so new to me. I am full of questions, but I have difficulty retaining information, or my mind rejects it. I clearly remember you asking for suggestions. How to deal with the denial of your diagnosis. I am clearly in denial of my diagnosis, all of them, mentally and physically. Thank you for hosting/moderating.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
