I came down with a virus which makes me contagious. I'm achy, hot/cold flashes, oozing sinuses, sneezing, coughing, thick throat, labored breathing, floaty head, upset stomach, on top of barely any sleep in 2 days, racing thoughts, lucid vivid dreams. Boohoo.

Shoot me shoot me now. I got all weekend to fight this bug. My spouse has been sick for days and still is. I tried avoiding it like the plague. Too late.

I'm infectious, but not fluey I don't think. I had my flu shot this year.

The flu is awful this year...hopefully you don't have it. Get lots of rest and you will feel better soon.
