so i was doing pretty well until i missed my morning doses yesterday. now today im suffering- BAD. and the worst part is that it's my husbands birthday and my mood is almost suicidal. my poor husband has to deal with me on his birthday. i hate this disease.

Hi, I know how frustrating that can be - sorry you missed your meds today. A friend had that happen and was just flat on their back all day. And that was for Christmas Eve.

Try not to blame yourself. It can only make you feel worse. Maybe you can celebrate his birthday another day.

My friend started using a seven day pill box and two people check every morning to make sure the pills get taken every day.
