If the population knew about my daily habits I am sure I would be labelled
as lazy slob who never does anything. I spend the majority of my days
sitting on the sofa and doing as little as possible when not doing this I try to do something that I am interested in or enjoy.
I am in what is described as a moderate depressed state possibly down to taking 5mg Olanzapine daily.

I shower about once a month and I have recently had all my teeth removed
as I could not bring myself to clean them for the past ten years so my gums
became inflamed and deseased. Amazingly I am quite relaxed about this as I see it as a common sense move. I am so laid back I cant believe it.
I have a totally stress free and pressure free life which I am sure really helps
with my bipolar condition. I have very little energy and suffer from acute
chronic fatigue so I avoid trying to do too much.

I am resigned and very accepting of my bipolar and I believe that this really
helps.

I have recently added Dark Therapy to my daily routine which also helps

I understand that for the majority of sufferers could not live like I do because of family and work commitments.

I feel as if I am one of the lucky ones !

I have become Comfortably Numb.

Hi, finger1. I'm trying to branch out and start doing things but I find it, some days to just be better to do nothing. And yes, that feeling of being comfortable numb, I recognize.(and the lyrics, too.)
