Dang it! I'm awake. Why? Missed my meds for sleep. What's wrong with that? Well, that also means I missed my sanity pill. I've enjoyed the ride. We will see what happens next. dang it!!

Sorry to hear that, sleep is such an important part of the puzzle for me. Hope you don't lose more than a day.

Still awake. So i developed this schedule. Schedules don't work when your mind is on other things. Like, I'm supposed to lay down. Oh, O.K. 9:30 i should be settling down. Additional meds if i'm not asleep by 10:30. Nonsense. Taking a drug that basically forces me to lay down to avoid stumbling. If i wasn't on this med, i could just stay up and not be tired. But noooo i must conform to this societal norm of sleep regulation in order to control an already-on-my-way-up-before-I-was-late-taking- head-meds--and- missing-sleep-meds mood. This is stupid. Still awake . . . And . . . WIRED!!

I do it all the time. Just got over mistakenly taking my PM meds in the AM right before I left for work. Talk about stupid. I've even reversed the process, taking my AM meds right before bed. I frequently do the opposite of what I mean to do? I guess my whole life is dyslexic.
Thanks for this!
