Ive been manic/hypomanic for months. The past few days ive been really down, so far down i thought i would be better off not here. Today i had problems with the local car garage. Not receiving the service ive paid for under extended warranty. The guy was hopeless. I eventually got the problem solved after a lengthy heated debate. It left me so irritated and stressed that i am now back to mania. Oh well, its definately better than depression, but i wont get a sleep tonight. Good thing is that i have a gp appt on Monday. Think i will go back to meds, iwill try anyway to get more stable, just dont like the side effects when you first go on a new med.

Hello Laini: Congratulations for recognizing when you are in need of help, & being willing to take positive steps to do what needs to be done. These are skills many people would benefit from acquiring. My best wishes to you...
