Just coming out of a horrible two weeks of panic attacks and agoraphobia. Often get them when stressed and/or depressed. Does anyone else suffer from them?

Hi Darvula. Ive had them for years. Suffered agoraphobia which lasted a few months. Its horrible when you sit looking out the window desperately wanting to be outside and feel free. My panic attacks now are situational, like going to social family events, dentist, flying and sometimes driving.
Keep going to your GP and therapy. Through time they will get easier to manage.I know some people who had real bad panic attacks that seemed to just disappear overnight.
Building your confidence through therapy is amazing and it does work. Good luck and i hope you have a full recovery.
Hugs from:
Darvula
Thanks for this!

Thanks, Laini! I have had to keep going to work because I'm the breadwinner. I cut out caffeine and have tried to eat regularly to keep my glucose levels up in my blood. I read something about that being one of the triggers. It has helped, but it takes ages to get your confidence back. Train stations are the worst for me and wide open spaces and crowds.
