Sometimes I feel like reading and posting here makes me worse, and even reading books about bipolar makes me worse because I'm focusing on in so much. But then I remember how much I've learned about bipolar from all the others here that even my T and my NP couldn't help me with because they just don't know what it is like to live with bipolar.

I think i have learned alot of coping skills here and have prevented any episode so far and thisis the time i start a slide into depression/spring mania mixed. Im catching myself time and time again . Im not feeling perfect but im not close to a hospitilization either
That being said..i will skip threads that will trigger me when i have to and try to remain aware but not obsessive

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
