I am giving this a shot. Has anyone else tried it to keep mood swings in check?

I cannot state that I've chosen any diet plan with intent of affecting my mood. Just briefly glancing at it, and hopefully your doctor has been informed, reduction of carbs seems like an alright diet plan, yet I truly cringed on the amount of daily suggestions on heavy cream. And saying sweetners over the real mccoy.
I, personally, compared dietary guidelines on both US and UK charts to become more mindful of my own dietary intakes. Going above guidelines on fats, seems iffy.
