I'm starting to think that maybe what happens with me isn't a big deal. Sometimes I think it's a matter of concern, but I'm questioning that. Maybe I just need to learn to suck it up and deal? I don't know.

Cymbalta, 60mg -- for the depression.
Latuda, 40mg -- for the paranoia (delusional type).
Adderall, 40mg XR & 5 mg reg -- for the ADD.
Xanax, .5 mg as needed -- for the anxiety.
Topamax, 50mg -- still figuring this one out.

MDD, but possibly have some form of Bipolar Disorder. Then again, I could be paranoid . . .

Well, at least I still have my sense of humor.

i suffered from bipolar for over thirty year before i got help. that was thirty years of trying to suck it up and deal. it doesnt work. please get help. dont live the miserable life i did when there is help out there.

I don't even know if I am bipolar. I just know that things happen that resemble it. But I don't know if they're that big a deal.
