Hey there, I am bi polar, Yep, 30 years and counting still alive, goood days bad days, days some others wouldn't survive but with all that I have PTSD and borderline did if not definetly. So I guess some days I wonder am I the only one with all this trouble at once?

You are most definatily not alone. A lot of people here struggle with the same issues. I consider each day I survive as a testament to my strength.

thanks, I have OLD family members who were schizo, They saw the dark years of psychiatry, back in the 50's and 60's for some a very dark time. I suppose with everything on my plate I am tired of it all. I have chronic illness and with my DID yes some of me have different illness intensities. I was stable for about 5 years until just a few months ago and I actuall had a friend die. It has started a land slide of sadness I will not recover from quickly.
