I haven't taken my anti-psychotic for about 2 weeks--there was an issue with refilling it. I thought this was not a problem. Then there was last night of missing my evening meds and hardly sleeping. Then today, I was out and about and I drove down to the boat docks by the river. It was closed off because of the snow. But I thought, what if I drove through the barrier and down into the river. Then I laughed. It was not a suicidal thought, just an insane one, if that makes any sense. I really wouldn't have done it but still the fact that it was a hysterical thought is a tad...well, sadistic. Then I just continued to drive around for no reason singing and giggling. I think I am fine just a good but off day today. A little bubbly and I wanted share...but now I am off to clean my very messy house.

Well, I took my evening meds like I am supposed to last night and slept all night. I woke up sleepy and napped all morning. No more bizarre thinking; no more crazy dreams. I think yesterday was just a result of me messing with my meds and also psyching myself out. I think I will stick to my plan of staying off my Abilify until I see my pdoc. Perhaps he'll agree to let me come off of it altogether.

Are you having bad side effects frim the Abilify or you feel as if you dont need it?
This medication business is difficult stufff....something i wish none of us had to deal with Is your pdoc easy to communicate with? Maybe call

mine is letting me come off geodon with the caviot that I take it if I need it,,, best wishes, I hope you find a balance to keep you healthy.....
