I may have posted something similar to this, but anyone have any tips on motivation for working out? It seems i'm always "tired" when i'm about to go. I definetly think it's anxiety and I always find a reason not too, if i'm not all of a sudden tired.

Have you tried changing, the time of day, that you workout? Or a different venue?

Mentally decide on how long your going to work out and then you can go home.. say " I'm going to go and only work out for 15 mins" knowing its going to end in X mins usually helps you actually go...

Alot of people use the same kinda of plan for cleaning .. Like, ok set times for 15 mins and just clean until the timer goes off then you can just stop....

Knowing there's an "end" or "stopping point" it's often a good trick to get you started. Many people once up and moving they can keep going. Just starting can feel overwhelming.

Good luck

Yeah.

Here's how you do it.

You get into a routine.

You don't wait for the motivation to arrive. Meh it probably won't.

You take your running shoes and exercise gear out the night before.

You wake up at scheduled exercise time AND JUST DO IT.

Regardless of whether or not you FEEL like doing it.

Just go for it.

And it's good for you.

Gives you some nice endorphines too.
