Hello fellow members!
It's the day for another Bipolar Support Chat and I hope that we have yet another great turnout! Last week we had an amazing discussion on Managing Impulsive Behavior. Everyone had awesome insight, stories and experiences. We welcome everyone back this week for our discussion on Intrusive Thinking: How do you manage? I hope to see everyone return this evening, and we welcome anyone else that wants to join, whether you have Bipolar, or support a friend, family member, or anyone else with Bipolar Disorder. Aww man! I always forget about these!
Hopefully I'll make it next week. 8pm can be kind of hard for me though because I'm usually up to something around that time on Saturday's.
