Started some new meds and for the first time in a long time I slept well and woke up without that all consuming "how am I going to get through another day" feeling..

I guess there is some hope Feeling better ... For the first time in a long time

I was on Lamictal and Risperdal but had some pretty nasty side effects on the Risperdal (gained 10 pounds.. along with other stuff) so now I'm on Lamictal and Latuda and have noticed a huge difference. Keep in mind I've been ultra rapid cycling for the last year with a horrible manic episode due to an anti depressant induced "manic switch".. so feeling anything close to normal is a huge improvement for me. I know I have a long ways to go but I like to see success stories so thought id share my mini one.

I also am on Lamictal and Latuda and have begun to see some definite improvement in my daily mood and stability!

I'm on lamactil too; for me personally I must say it's one of the better mood stabilisers I've been on and I've been on a few. Glad you've found something that is beginning to stabilise you.

Lamictal is a good one. I was on it with both Depakote and Lithium. I really liked the Lithium/ Lamictal combo. Glad you are feeling well!
Thanks for this!
