I don't know about anyone else but music is what gets me through a lot of my days. I enjoy a lot of different kinds of music, so long as it isn't country or rap. But my favorite is progressive rock, and my favorite band is in that genre, Dream Theater.

"6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence" is written in movements. It is definitely an investment of time since its almost 42 minutes long. This is the live version with a full symphony.

1. "Overture" Instrumental by the symphony, explores the musical themes of the entire piece.

2. "About to Crash" A Bipolar girl. Seen from the point of view of the father.

3. "War inside my head" A soldier with PTSD

4. "The Test That Stumped Them All" A Schizophrenic patient with delusions of fame.

5. "Goodnight Kiss" A mother who lost her baby and suffers from Post Partum Depression

6. "Solitary Shell" A boy/ man with Aspergers Syndrome.

7. "About to crash (reprise)" The same Bipolar girl, sung from her point of view.

8. "Losing Time" A woman with Dissociative Personality Disorder.

9. Finale

The finale entreats us to put aside the prejudice and shame of mental unrest so that those afflicted can be saved.

ETA: If you turn on the close captioning you can see the lyrics as the song plays.

I've placed the video itself as a trigger, I have no idea what might trigger you and I know certain music will trigger me so its up to each to decide.

Possible trigger:

WOW! This is FAR outside of my musical spectrum but I adore it! How powerful! I shared it on facebook actually, with your captioning. I suggested people listen to it in the background. I hope they do.

This is great!

Thanks so much for sharing.

I think I like this one the best:

""About to crash (reprise)" The same Bipolar girl, sung from her point of view."

That is also my favorite part.
