New here. I've been reading a lot of posts with abbreviations and I have no idea what they mean. I've figured out that T is for therapist. Pdoc for psychiatrist? What is ET and IP? And any other abbreviations I should know?

BP is bipolar; BPD is borderline personality disorder. Dunno what ET is. ECT is electroconvulsive therapy

I was reading a post where someone was talking about his feelings for his T and wondering if T knew he was talking about ET.
