I don't know the answer to your question but there are at least a couple other posts at Psych Central that mention stomach problems with Lamictal.

I was so nauseous and sick to my stomach on it. It was almost unbearable whenever the dose increased. It eventually went away.

That is a side effect aged.

I am sorry if you have experienced this.

I have not. It is one of the best drugs I have been on in terms of the least amount of side effects.

Hopefully it goes away in time. Try to make sure you take it and eat something. That helps me with a lot for the meds I have tried.

Definitely make sure you don't take it on an empty stomach. It definitely was better if I had food.

No, never had stomach issues on it. I'm sorry you are going through that right now. Sometimes taking a med with food helps?
