The world is not worthless. I promise.

I was reading about emptiness last night on Wikipedia, trying to figure out if I was actually experiencing it. And the view of Eastern cultures on emptiness could be really, really helpful. So here's a link. Ignore the Western culture and Christianity stuff (if you want, or initially), and scroll down to Eastern Cultures: Emptiness - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The world may seem worthless, and empty, but that's just how we feel. And we can take that emptiness and use it as an opportunity for ourselves to actually cease suffering. Emptiness is also, as it is stated in that article, linked to the "creative Void."

Possible trigger:

You have to fight it, you can't let it win.

Please hang on and please take care and get help and be well. You can do it.

Well, at least I still have my sense of humor.
