I posted this in another forum, but some of you might be in this boat too. Anyone got any ideas?--

*******************
Looking for quick healthy snack/small meal ideas, roughly around the 350 calorie range.

Mine currently is a banana in a bowl with 1 Tbsp peanut butter and a little peanuts sprinkles over.

I'm asking because I have to take a medication(Latuda) with supper. Also makes me tired. Sometimes when I eat dinner doesn't work with my schedule. Then I eat less at dinner and eat something small later, but it has to be around 350 calories. So just a simple piece of fruit or something isn't enough. Also not starving, so I'm not hungry enough to eat a lot.

Oh, and over to the right on that screen you can change to lists for other calorie ranges. Cool. Might have to save that page myself.
Thanks for this!

That's very helpful, lolagrace, thank you. I may try the 300-400 range and see if I can find some things that will work. Having to eat with meds is annoying. I think it's the only thing I hate about Latuda right now.

Last summer, my family and I used The Shred Diet. It really wasn't a diet so much as it was about eating healthier, in good proportions. (We all did lose weight though and have all kept it off with the healthier eating habits we started this way.) Part of it was have snacks in certain calorie proportions, so I kind of knew these lists are out there.
Thanks for this!

I just started taking Latuda 60 mg. about 4 days ago. I do not eat 350 calories with it. My Dr. called it in. I did not know about this. Why do you need to do this. If it is about not losing weight, I don't care, however, if it makes the medication work better I would like to know. I do not know anything about this. By the way, this medication is not working yet. Help.
