I use optimism.
It's good. I would like more it if it had a button with the number of sleep hours to indicate broken sleep and perhaps early waking or late falling asleep, without needing to use the notes. Sleep is the one part I have the most difficult time with.

I got a fitbit which tracks sleep, weight, food and exercise. It's been very interesting to see patterns in sleep (it shows how many times you're restless or awake overnight based on your movement) and it helps me be motivated to get more exercise and eat better.

You can create a button under symptoms if you want called broken sleep or sleep disturbance or something. That might work. I've made many changes to the names of different items to customize Optimism to work best for my particular issues.

I have a fitbit too, but it doesn't measure my sleep accurately. If my left arm is holding still it thinks I'm asleep even if I'm awake. But If I remember to put it in sleep mode right before I'm about to fall asleep and turn it back to normal mode right after I wake up then it's pretty accurate. Other than that, the fitbit is great! It's helped me lose 32 lbs in the past 5 weeks!
