((CI)) I've heard those voices before too. They can't hurt you. They are just playing with you. Have you learned any techniques you can fall back on to calm these voices. I've drowned mine in music, TV, cursed them away, prayed them away, distracted them. 0.25mg of Ativan daily works nicely in keeping their freakin mouths shut. I hate them too. Do you have something for anxiety you could take right now?

CI please go to the ER. You've been tortured enough and need relief even if just temporary.

Something that makes me feel better sometimes is to imagine a white light surrounding me protectively, shutting out anything that would harm me. I don't know if it might help, but I don't think it would hurt. Imagine whatever protective force you might believe in surrounding you so the voices can't touch you. I'm glad you're safe, this night won't last forever and those voices won't either. You are brave and wonderful.

I drown the loud ones out by having max volume playing thru my ear buds.

Metal is a good genre for this.

It's not a cure all, but it does provide me with some reprieve from their incessant screaming and taunting.

This too shall pass It's just part of this sometimes unrelenting cycle.
