I'm super anxious and in the middle of a hypomania cycle that seems to have no end. I've been at the top end of my cycles for almost 2 months now. Ever since my PRN took away my anxiety meds. I guess I've been dealing OK because of my wife whom is very supportive, but by 10:40 this morning I've played my drums for 45 minutes which worked up a good sweat, been for a walk around the block, and played fetch with the dogs and still find myself pacing uncontrollably!!! I don't have a med review appointment for another 2 weeks. Could someone please share some coping skills that I may not have tried yet. I've tried mindfulness exercises and a few other CBT and DBT methods as well as physical exercise to no avail. Thanx

I have heard that stop breathing exercises are good for anxiety. Hope this helps if you haven't already tried it!
