I want to succeed but I keep messing up or not "picking up" things quickly enough. Only been there three weeks. Have to work tomorrow Saturday no extra pay or anything

Work sucks, especially when you have a difficult job. I know I do, and I know it sucks. If you get fired, think of it as a blessing, get some unemployment pay, and find a job that is better suited to you.

I had the same problem when I was working. I couldn't focus or pick things up quickly enough. I've had more jobs than I can remember or count, so I personally do not work currently. The stress was making bipolar worse for me. I wish you all the best.
