I'm posting here because maybe some of you can relate. I want to say that I have temporal lobe epepsy but was misdiagnosed for years as bipolar 1 with psycotic features. There's a whole personality that goes along with TLE.

anyway, I have been writing and writing (hypergraphia)
And busting out singing songs. I know it sounds like classic mania. I'm getting a solid 9 hrs of sleep a night.
So I was wondering if anyone has any tips/skills for bringing it down a notch. I just don't want to appear "manic" to the general public. I have been like this since thanksgiving.
It's just how I am and how I was before the bipolar misdiagnosis and the antipsychotics took away my joie de vivre.
