I'm thinking today, If I didn't love,, didn't worry about love or who I want then I'd be okay,, or better off so to speak. It seems my emotions get to carried away by love or what I think is love and it's killing me emotionally.

I find myself obsessing over someone and it's not healthy. Is it normal to become easily obsessed over a person when you have Bipolar?

When Bipolar causes loneliness, I think that its quite common to be obsessed with a person, especially if that is filling a void you have lost elsewhere. And I really don't think that its neccessarily and obsession with a person, but moreso an obsession with being loned and being fulfilled. I could be way off base, but I fine myself feeling that way. Obsessed with the feeling.

Bipolar is instincts and feelings run amuck. That includes the love feeling. Just got to realize that it's unrealistic and tone it back some.
