Feeling tired of fighting against the suicidal thoughts in my head for years. Feeling painfully loneliness. Shame on myself for what the situation I'm right now.

I can totally relate and I know the pain, but I also always try to remember that there is happiness at the end of my cycles and I try to keep in mind that there are people who would miss me if I were gone.

Yeah intrusive thoughts are really not nice at all and fighting these thoughts in your head can be a very difficult, emotionally challenging situation at the best of times yet alone when we are already chucked so far to the ground and having to deal with them. I did find this interesting article if you want to have a quick look - its on help.org - dealing with these types of thoughts - I hate these thoughts - I get them too Suicide Help: Dealing with Suicidal Thoughts and Feelings |
