Who's with me?? Got a thought stuck in yo head? After all the cleaning and stuff I stillllllll can't quit thinking about how after I sell my mandolin snd dulcimer ima call Ron Ewing and order my own custom dulcimette!!!!! Nonstop thinking.
 even when I try to sleep.So dang excited. More cleaning to do!!!

I keep thinking and feeling I gotta flap my arms and move my bosy like a bird so I do cause I feel like I have to.

I often get obsessed on one thought and cannot let it go but right now my mind is calmer. I really don't have much advice except to keep distracting yourself, meditate and maybe take some meds that help calm your mind (I take Zyprexa). It does sound like you are a little manic. Take care

Im taking my meds like I am supposed!
I take zyprexa too!!! 5mg at night for irritability I think is why they gave it to me cause I had a mixed episoide last month

I have many thoughts right now, about the universe and our place in it and the planet Jupitor and how it would feel to fall forever and ever into it because there's no ground, just gas, and how if it were to move and orbit our planet all we would see in the sky is it, no stars or the sun, just that enormous planet pulsating away, and love, and how beautiful it is, and how if a wave of love was spread out over the world how happy everyone would be and there'd be no more war or anything else negative, and how wonderful it would be to become one with the stars and wind and the mysterious darkness and shadow between the houses at night and how wonderful it would be to go to the top of a building and stand at the very edge and fly.

And I keep on geeking out and laughing about the events of today because I was outside on my break and this old man on a bicycle approached me and was all like, You're going to die of lung cancer HAR HAR HAR (he had a serious belly laugh), and then he told me his dad died of lung cancer and how I probably don't care about that and I was just like thanks for that information, and then my friend was telling me about how one of her boyfriend's friends, who isn't prescribed seroquel, decided to take one and snort it and just face planted at wal-mart and they couldn't get him awake, and what a moron he is, and now I've decided that I'm going to take a big old 300mg log of seroquel and crush it up and make a nice little line and snort it. Lol. Seriously. People. And then my friend was going on and on about this crazy bipolar lady that her boyfriend's dad knows and blah blah blah because she was really getting into how crazy this bipolar lady is, and I was just like HELLO! Bipolar person here. Lol.

This often happens to me... I seem to have mixed episodes where I'm depressed but... at the same time I have racing thoughts.... I think I'm in a mixed episode right now because I haven't been able to sleep for days...
