Hypomania or hyperthymia? I'm thinking that I'm in limbo. In between worry, agitation, irritability, and anxiety and a low feeling of depression. I can't seem to keep myself busy enough to avoid the feelings. My energy level is up but I can't seem to settle on doing any one thing. Leaving me wandering around not knowing what to do and too agitated to just sit and watch tv or read.

Anyway, I'm not sure where I'm going with this. I think that I just wanted to let out some of my frustration.

That sounds like kind of an odd state. I can definitely see the confusion that is can cause to you. I hate when I get into moods that I dont understand. wreaks havoc on my brain and gives me a headache, even though that seems to be most of the time lol. I hope that you get to feeling better ((hugs))
