So this morning I woke up and I was feeling fine. I knew what I had to do for the day since we had planned to visit family for the weekend. I don't know what was up with my mind though. Strangest feeling ever. It was like I was lost or confused and had no idea what I as doing even though I knew what I was supposed to be doing. I had so much trouble getting dressed and packing our bags. Like I was moving slowly and taking forever. I didn't even get a shower. Most of the time I was just walking around our house trying to figure out what I'm doing. I've felt this before just not as bad as today. I had no idea what to wear or what to pack, it was very frustrating. It made me anxious which didn't make me feel any better. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what it is? I'll be talking to my T about it at next visit.

That happens to me quite often. In fact I find that during the day I am fine but nighttime I feel quite psychotic.
Thanks for this!

My husband kept asking me why I wasn't ready or what I was looking for and I'm just like I don't know and I feel strange.

All the time. I seem to not experience it as much since going off Lamictal.
Thanks for this!
