<font color="purple"> went to the dr yesterday for many reasons....... Mainly for mood/anxiety...... didn't get too far.... b/c my thyroid meds needs to put upped, dr wants to see if that helps any first then if I feel I still need some meds I am suppose to call him and we will work it out over the phone..... Nice b/c then I dont h ave to pay for appt... ooogly... b/c its waiting game again.... will post if I have any updates.... thankfully I am holding my own fairly well ....... </font>

Keep hangin in there, I am learning that these things can take time!!! It is a pain in the butt having to play the waiting game!! Hopefully soon they will it will get better
