Hello everyone,

I wondered if someone could help me with this confusion...

Basically I've had all the symptoms of hypomania/bordering on mania for a few weeks, apart from the euphoria. Instead of that I've been constantly confused feeling like I HAVE to do something but don't know what and so feeling incredibly frustrated and lacking motivation mixed with some good feelings (finding things funny, making loads of plans etc).

Tonight I couldn't sleep due to agitation and racing thoughts. I know these are symptoms of dysphoric mania but I've not really had the irritability that people report? And the agitation keeps coming and going. Is that how it goes or does this sound like something else?

That is how i was recently. Agitated, couldn't sleep, very irritable and then sobbing uncontrollably and curling up in a fetal position . But always moving, did tons of manic stuff.

Mixed episode.
