This is day 4 on new meds and I'm so so tired..my attititude rocks..but starting to get knocked down by this fatigue..and I love mt dew and it don't taste good at all now..I thought I just needed a long nap but I'm still exhausted and I'm on the lowest dose. Guess this is how its gonna b..maybe it will go away after a couple weeks..I was so excited at first..I wonder why it didn't do me like this on day one..hmm..I hate meds..I really do

There can be an adjustment period. If you are sleeping more, it could be a sign that you are making up for sleep deprivation.

If you are unable to work or fulfill your responsibilities, don't wait put a call into your psychiatrist first thing Monday (most don't work over weekend).

If you really feel like something is wrong, most hospital affiliated doctors have an emergency oncall doctor. They will probably leave the decision to your pdoc but better to talk to a professional if you are feeling there is a serious problem.

I sometimes get knocked when starting new meds too.
