I am currently under a lot of stress at work. As a result I am feeling like my coworkers are doing things order to make me look bad.

They may say that I am not doing my job, but yet they are not addressing these situations with me directly. They are having meetings without me and going directly to my boss.

I am doing my job, although I would be more effective if I were included in these discussions.

Could I be paranoid? Is it just stress? Is the stress causing the paranoia?

To me it sounds like paranoia caused from stress.

Yeah there may be some merit to what you are saying.

So if I had to throw in my two cents worth.

This is more than a little paranoia.

I believe some of these situations to be occuring.
