I have terrible anxiety since I left my appointment this afternoon and I have no idea why. I have a sense of impending doom. It's awful. This is what I'm listening to on repeat to help:
. I'm not sure if it is working or not. I just need a big right now.

I had awful anxiety for a couple of days last weekend. No reason. Anxiety is the worst. I hope you feel better soon.

Im not sure theres always an apparent reason for our anxiety. Ive dealt with it for days now too.

Hope it eases up. Do you do anything relaxing when it hits? Doing word searches really helps me. Have you tried anything like that?

No, I've actually never tried anything like that. I usually just do deep breathing exercises and then listen to music that can often distract me. I will have to pick some up. Thanks!
