I've been officially DX as Scizoaffective. I reality check to often to be BP1. T's keeping me as a patient. This week was about my draw to SH and anthropology. How maybe "ANA" isn't there but my ED is coming back. I'm still technically depressed and having cognitive issues. I have to call a nutritionist and do reality checks in front of my son, who is now hearing things, to teach him. Also I play high functioning well. This week I'm working on making the calls to get my physical health together, showering and a date night. I plan to stick around here

I hope accepting this diagnosis isn't too difficult for you. I know it must be a little disheartening. Also, isn't therapy a a rewarding, challenging pain in the ***?! I think so.

I think everyone knew and no one wanted to outright say it. Therapy is a love hate relationship for me.

(((migs))) yeah in some respects I am glad you have this diagnosis now; as; for you; I wish that treatment being provided by your medical practitioners may help to mitigate symptoms of this diagnosis.

Please take care.
Thanks for this!
