i have bipolar, p.t.s.d., and anxiety. I am 31 and have been in therapy since 15 yrs old. I feel so alone and feel like mind mind will never stop racing. I am sick of not sleeping at night, sick of not feeling anything, and sick of feeling this way. Anyone else experience this? I have 2 more posts till I get approved and cannot wait to actively participate

Hi Rayray2863

It's great to see you post here on the Bipolar Forum too.

You are describing some symptoms that are very real of Bipolar.

When I have an elevated mood -

My thoughts race
I don't sleep at night

So yes, I experience this too.

Some Bipolar people will have increased anxiety during episode of depression or hypomania.

Depression I guess can feel like racing thoughts if you are constantly running Intrusive Thoughts through your mind.

I just wanted to say - hang in there. I relate to your post.

I have a lot in common. Though I'm 10 years older than you, I also have taken meds since I was 15. I also suffer bipolar and ptsd and am quite sick of it. My racing thoughts have slowed thanks to Seroquel, but my anxiety is through the roof, I feel very uneasy and my startle reflex is heightened

Sooooooooo, welcome to pc and rest assured, your not alone here.
Thanks for this!
