With peoples stupidity.

Stupidity Definition: the innate ability to listen to Intrusive Thoughts that blind you THAT much that you are UTTERLY incapable of seeing the BLATANTLY obvious truth that lies right infront of you.

And truth be told - I am irritated over the fact that that irritates me in the first place. I wish I wasn't so irritated by all of this.

I am only irritated by that irritation beause it is a residual symptom of mania.

However, I am not manic at all anymore.

So please can somebody give me something genuine to feel irritated about haha.

That some yogurt companies are too lazy to blend the flavors into the yogurt. What? Do they think they are saving the fun part for me, as it is such a delightful activity that I will want to do it myself? Dredging! Woohoo!
Now THAT'S irritating!

(It really does irritate me though. There's a place I go that is so cheap on the good stuff that I just can't resist getting it anyway(!))

I am feeling less irritated about stuff after I started distansing myself from negative and unsupportive people in my life. These days I am mostly irritated by MYSELF...

Irritability sucks. Sometimes you have to cut people out of your life it's for your own sanity and no one can question that because only you know best about who should be and not be in your life.

Here's a few things that's been irritating me lately cos I've been quite irritable myself the past week:

Having a MI and having to take medication :/ e-v-e-r-y d-a-y...
Having no money at all like WHAT SO EVER
Being constantly left out by my neighbors when they do things and I'm not invited even though they know me very well. :'(
Talking to my ex and letting him belittle me like old times straight away and regressing. This was a big one. Major irritation afterwards...

well that was just a few..

I am irritated atm for no reason what so ever. But I think maybe napping has caused my irritation. Idk if this is heading towards depression or if I am just having an odd day. I feel like someone is controlling my body. I have no control over it.

I get irritated by ignorance.

I get irritated by injustice in this world.

I get irritated by disrespectful conduct.

I get irritated by how a lot of the times, there is so much more going on behind this mask that nobody thinks about or considers before jumping to conclusions.

I get irritated when I feel anger. I dislike this feeling.

I get irritated when I constantly give people another chance just to have it thrown back into my face again.

This is me. But I'd add, ppl that are babies. Weak ppl that complain constantly...Ugh!
