I have a habit of twisting strands of hair if I'm just sitting and thinking about something that may make me feel a little bit anxious. And then I create this massive knot that I have to sit brushing out of my hair. Grrr. (yes, this is just a minor irritation but it's important for me to stay grounded and know that I can't always feel such high levels of irritation that I felt a few days ago; feeling a slight tickling of irritation like I do with my hair I guess is okay )
Thanks for this!

I call this an opportunity to improvise - no raisins? No worries - just use cat food pellets instead. Easy.

Only hitch in the plan is that I don`t have a cat. Reminder to self: get cat.

I get irritated by my mother, she'a one of my triggers. I get angry by peoples lack of common sense and how to use it. I get irritated that because I'm on psych meds., my family thinks I'm either "crazy" or faking it!

When people make excuses for their obvious rude behavior.

Auto correct messing up every other word, but being unable to shut it off because I suck at spelling.

Wanting to quit smoking it but love doing it.

Crumbs.

Being cold.

Taking a crap only to realize there is no toilet paper.

Starting my period only to find out I'm out of tampons.

Having no money.
Thanks for this!

I've woke up feeling pretty peaceful this morning

And I'm grateful

Listening to good music atm. Life is good.

[Footnote: let's give it an hour; I haven't been awake for a hell of a long time; i'll let you know later on what irritates me first ]

Unnecessary paperwork
Breaking and/or spilling things when I'm in a hurry
People saying they'll do something and not doing it, and not even warning me that they're not going to be there
People saying "Don't worry" and not following that up with something like, "I'll help you."
People telling me I think too much. Now, who exactly gets to decide how much I think???

And I'm with Homeira. I'm irritated most of all with myself. It's hard to get myself to go to bed on time, eat only as much food as I need, etc. (I'm doing better with things like this since I made a schedule, and I've been following it pretty well... but right now I'm supposed to be cleaning house.)

I get irritated by trolls. Even when I know they do it on purpose.

People who amble about with no courtesy to others, as though they were the only ones on the planet.

I've got about ten of them related to grocery shopping alone. Everything from people not paying attention in the parking lot, to people hogging the aisles chatting it up while you are trying to get around them, to the people with fistfuls of coupons that want to argue about the cost of every item. Then the people who get up to the checkout and forget that they needed something else, so they hold up the line while they run around the store.

The slow walkers drives me nuts, too. Usually they are busy texting and walking, or reading an e-reader and walking. I just want to take it out of their hands and throw it.

What irritates me is that doctors don't know what the hell to put me on. I've had to keep switching due to ins and they just throw diff meds at me each time making me all over the place. Now they're getting me OFF lithium when I'm bipolar 1 and leaving me on lamictal, geodon and Zoloft. Here it is 4:30 in the morning and I'm full of energy. Mania here I come!!!:.(

I have had two separate incidents in as many days where people have their cars stopped to chat with someone, thereby blocking anyone elses's path. Earlier some guy had his car stopped in the middle of the street talking to some girl (who was standing in the middle of the street). After I went to see my psychiatrist the other day, I went out to the parking lot so that I could, y'know, get in my car and leave. There was one SUV heading toward the exit and another SUV heading in the opposite direction, and the two drivers were chit-chatting. I didn't mean to say it out loud, but I said "Are you serious? MOVE!" They did, but the self-absorption and lack of common sense floors me.
Thanks for this!
