Just a quick shoutout to the bipolar population..I love you guys/gals.
 I had a really good time last night in BP support and really, its the members that make it a truly good experience. Each person has a good lesson/experience to bring and I hope to see more people there. And this subforum has done amazing things for me, although I haven't been posting as much, I am always reading just to check on people. I know that life can be tough with BP, but each of you is an amazing warrior and ya'll inspire me. Just wanted to tell yall that. |

I attended my first BP support group yesterday and I just wanted to say how helpful it was. Hearing how people cope was very encouraging. It helps to know that so many are fighting the good fight against the illness and not letting it define them. I am working towards that too. Thanks again.
