I know that sounds crazy, but it's like the only time I feel. I'm aching to feel down because I feel that I should be down.

I feel so medicated to be stabile that pure emotion eludes me. I feel suspended in limbo. Sure I miss hypo, but I also miss feeling.

I want to cry every now and then but I cant. I can't tell if this is a good thing or not. A person has to have an emotional release every now and then. I miss a good cry. It frees me from the hurt, instead of carrying it and just putting it in my pocket or purse for later.

I'm just so like not too happy I guess. Thanks for listening.

Therapy has to teach us how to deal with "normal".

If your too flat to feel emotions then I would talk to the Pdoc about adjusting your meds so that you can feel good and bad stuff..

Considering the half life of most psych meds, Often you can go every other day or a couple days. You still get the benefit of the help but your not so snowed under and flat that you would actually want to feel something like depression.

I hope you find a solution

Maybe you're overmedicated. Numb is not a good feeling to have. You should be able to cry when you need to and feel other emotions too. Flat is not good. Talk to your pdoc. Hugs.
