It's really fun but slightly uncomfortable if that makes sense. I get these major, not little, bursts of energy. Sporadically throughout the day. I feel it inside and out like a jolt almost?? Everything is funny like for instance I was laughing my butt off at the wind the other day. Wth is funny about wind?

It doesn't last all day just like maybe 5-15 moments/day but not everyday but def the last 3 days.

I get this sometimes, most often during a mixed episode. It's like microburst mania. It feels amazing and helps me be productive for a time.

It sounds like a little touch of our old friend Mr Maina. Enjoy his company while it lasts, but stay safe.

I get that way sometimes. Maybe it's something simple like the wind that gets us to say "everything will be OK". Or maybe it's our self-conscious telling us to appreciate simple things in life like the wind. We tend to forget that stuff and get wrapped up in the other stuff.

I make it a point to put my sunroof down as much as I can now and let the wind blow through my rock and roll hair (which needs some attending, BTW).
