I got my account back today

I signed in with mixed emotions though.

Learn your lesson from me.

Those of you who have ever had mania and done some pretty stupid things in your real life will relate (I hope), well this is the BP Forum after all

You'll have consequences like me if you jump around manic for tooooo long doing ridiculous things like I did here. I can count about 3 months of manic madness for me here.

What's done is done so be it. Sigh.

It's Volunteer Staff here at PsychCentral taking up their own time so well yes I was a pain in the butt.

You won't be able to see me posting around here as often - as moderated posts have to pass through the Volunteer Staff who are giving up their own free time for me to be here.

None the less I have no intention of leaving PsychCentral so I'm just trying to find a middle ground that's not going to get peoples backs up as that was far from my intention when I signed up to PsychCentral in November 2013 .

I hope everyone is well.

I think most people here, especially in the BP section understand.

I suspect that if time-outs could be given in real life for being manic we'd all be moderated quite a bit. I can think of a lot of times a moderator would have been a very good idea......

Thanks heaps Christina for your ongoing support since day 1 when I first joined Psych Central in November 2013, not quite sure where this journey here would lead me, but I'mm forever grateful that it is the path that I chose to travel on here.

sidestepper - thank you for the confirmation - yes, I did somewhat think that people on this forum would be able to relate.

Yup - I second what you say there BeyondTheRainbow - I'd pretty much be put in quarrantine in real life because I cycle that rapidly

Thanks everyone -

Here's one of my favourite actors (the cheekiness that can never be removed within me just has to say yes I think he's hot)

Guess what everyone?

The same thing happened to me on the nursing website where I've been a member since 2002. I lost my job as a moderator and almost got myself banned during a long, irritable mania back in 2011. Fortunately I was able to get my good name back and now I'm a site guide. Just don't beat yourself up like I did; you can't change the past, but move forward with confidence that people here understand. It's good to have you back!

Thanks everyone

Gayleggg – as always – I love seeing you around any forum here on Psych Central

avlady – thanks for the kind message – your support means a lot to me

Skywalking – I’m not always perfect, I must have sent you a random message on Thursday. Yes. It must have been a Thursday because that is the only day of the week that I’m allowed to make a mistake

Hallie – you’re just as cool as ever, I’ve enjoyed reading your posts on this Forum

BipolarNurse – I’m sorry to hear that, yes, I can relate, I’ve had some pretty horrendous consequences in my own real life for stuff I’ve done

LettingGo – High 5 – you’re cool!

Everyone here is a super star – you’re all amazing – don’t ever forget it!

Guess what everyone?
