Hey y'all! Omg, I feel so much better

I've increased my Prozac by 5 mg, and now it's all totally different. I'm not even over the top, either.

It sucks that my mood is drug dependant, but it's better than nothing!

We're chemical people.

Thought I'd say.

We are chemical people. I was on 20 mg of Prozac and was hypomanic so my pdoc reduced it to 10 mg then I got really depressed. I increased it back to 20 mg but was still depressed so now I am on 40mg I seem to be leveling out. Weird how I am not hypomanic on a higher dose than last time. It just shows the delicate balance we all walk with our brain chemistry.

I am glad you are feeling good

Thanks y'all. I didn't realize how bad it was getting. Why does it take so long to do the right thing when we know what the right thing is, but yet is blinded to the fact? Instead, I just went weeks in a miserable way when all I had to do was make a med adjustment. I don't get myself sometimes.

Isnt it amazing how just 5 mg more of prozac will make such a GOOD difference? But 10 mg more will give me brain freeze! I dont think they have studied what the drug does at 30 35 40. I think they think once youre up there, add on another 10 or 20, big deal. But to some of us, its probably a difference between the drug working or not, and then trying to find another drug. I am soooooo happy at 35!!!.

AD is such a fine line with me. I'm cutting pills in half to ride my sweet spot.
