Hello.
So, I guess I'm "somewhat stable". Compared to what I was a couple/few weeks ago.
I also have Borderline, so I'm not sure if that comes into play.

I don't have energy or motivation to do much.

But, my bigger question is, I don't ENJOY things. There are brief moments when I enjoy things, but they don't last long. It's horrible, but I don't enjoy my 2.5 year old son most of the time. It's so difficult faking it to him.

My question is, is this a med thing, or is this a, I have to work on my life skills (CBT DBT)

My meds are in my siggy.

It sounds like to me that you may be suffering from depression. When I'm depressed I lose interest in everything. Of course, I'm not a professional, so you should speak to your doctor about it.

I am just coming out of a major depressive episode. I am just wondering if it will continue to lift on its own, if I should be on an anti depressant, or if I just need to work on it myself.

Any ideas?

I think it will lift on it's own. I now believe that after a major episode there's a recovery period, so right now you may be going through that.

You will feel better soon I'm sure.
