I went to cut a branch off of our cable wire yesterday. As I was reaching for it, the ladder leg twisted and I landed on my back with my head bouncing off the concrete. I have sharp lower back pain, lumps on my head, bruising and marks from the ladder up my side, my elbows, wrists, and fingers aching. I've felt less from car accidents.

My mood has bottomed out. On top of all that, all my lined up jobs, everyone has decanted leaving me jobless. I'm now black and bruised, physically and mentally bruised.

The extra AD I was taking is now messing with me so much it's messing with my head injury that I feel out of space.

Im crashing, but not reaching the bottom. The others are pissed because of the physical abuse.

It all hurts.

It kind of sounds like you need checked for a concussion. That was a really nasty fall. You may also need some muscle relaxants or something because you've really jarred things and probably have some really sore muscles.

Hope you feel better

Have you been checked out? It might be a good idea. Physical pain definitely affects our moods, bipolar or not.

You should get checked out, if your totally against it .. Have someone do Neuro and Vital sign checks on you at least every 2 hours.

Stay safe

Omg this hurts. It's like we got hit by a train! We're okay though. What really hurts is everyone canceling at once.
