I have been feeling that roller coaster starting big time today. Not real sure what triggered it today. I know thoughts of my sister not being here to see our nephews triggered the crying. It's hard having a new friend who lost her son a year and a half ago and talks about him all the time like I wish my parents would do more. Ugh! Guess more med adjustments...I just wanna be numb.

I guess they consider the roller coaster better than severe depression? But the roller coaster needs to stop! Grr! I don't know!
